Ignacio García Taboada
Ignacio García Taboada is the lawyer-owner of the firm, graduate in Law from the University of Málaga Law School, member of Bar Association of Málaga, with several years of experience in the practice of law, with an excellent reputation for acting in the best interests of his clients and offering all the possible alternatives to obtain the best solution.
In addition, he practises as a Property Administrator, and is a member of the Property Administrator Association of Málaga, offering services to communities of owners / property, defending and protecting their interests and ensuring the proper functioning of the Community, as well as assisting with internal issues of the Community and its relationships with public bodies.
As an academic, he teaches classes part-time as an acting substitute teacher, under the category of Associate Professor, in the Roman Law Department of Law School of the University of Málaga.
On the international level, he is a fully qualified mediator, accredited in mediation by the UK Mediator Office, Hunt ADR Ltd.
In order to guarantee that he fully understands the issues affected foreign clients, and to enable him to fully explain them, as well as advising on cross-border issues, he is continuing his professional development by studying a post graduate qualification in English Law at the University of Málaga. Thus he is fully conversant in both English and Spanish law.
